Claims (1)
- 遅波回路に同軸管を接続し、更に同軸導波管変
換により導波管を接続した構造の進行波管入出力
結合装置において、前記同軸管と前記導波管の接
続部から導波管側に更に同軸管を延長した形にな
るように導波管の内部を形成し、前記接続部とは
反対側の導波管の面から同軸管側へ同軸管の外周
に沿つてネジを通して前記接続部が良好に接触し
接続されるように締め付けたことを特徴とする進
行波管の入出力結合装置。
