For example, a space layer is formed inside the panel to attenuate the sound waves that pass through that area, or a panel is filled with glass wool or other sound absorbing material to attenuate the sound waves that pass through the sound absorbing material. In addition, the inside of the panel has a honeycomb structure so that the sound waves that pass through the honeycomb are attenuated by the honeycomb structure.

In other words, those that have a satisfactory sound insulation effect in the low frequency range generally have insufficient sound insulation effects in the high frequency range, and those that are satisfactory in the high frequency range have problems in that they are insufficient in the low frequency range. . Therefore, in order to achieve a complete sound insulation effect, it was necessary to combine two types of sound insulation panels.

Furthermore, since a fireproof plate is arranged on the outside of each panel, a fireproof panel can be obtained. Furthermore, since several types of members are laminated and a sound absorbing layer is formed with a space filled with a sound absorbing material in the middle, a panel with heat insulation properties can be obtained.

た。 As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the soundproofing panel 1 has plywood 3 and soundproofing layers on both sides of a soundabsorbing layer 2 (constructed via a frame material and a timber not shown) constructed in the middle part. It is constructed by sequentially laminating sheets 4 and fireproof plates 5. The sound absorbing layer 2 is constructed by filling a space within a framework made up of a frame material 6 and a bamboo material 7 with glass wool 8. In the above, the thickness of the sound absorbing layer 2 was 2.7 cm. Also, plywood 3 was a plywood board with a thickness of 4 mm. Sound insulation sheet 4 has a thickness of 1.2 mm and an areal density of 2.1 Kg/m 2
A vinyl chloride sheet containing a high specific gravity material (Daiken Sound Insulating Sheet 940B manufactured by Daiken Industries, Ltd.) was used.
Moreover, a gypsum board with a thickness of 9 mm was used for the fire prevention board 5.

This has the effect of providing a soundproof panel with a relatively thin material thickness. It also has heat insulation performance, and since a fireproof plate is provided on the outermost surface, it has the effect of providing a soundproof panel that also has fireproof performance.
