ケーシング内に配置されたヒータランプと、この
ヒータランプの周囲を取り囲む断熱材層と、ケー
シングの放熱用開口を覆う光透過セラミツク板と
、ヒータランプの温度を制御する温度制御部から
なる電気こんろにおいて、 前記温度制御部の温度センサーは、耐熱温度が
５００℃以上であつて温度により抵抗値の変化す
る抵抗体の周囲を耐熱性物質が覆つて構成された
ことを特徴とする電気こんろ。
