発振器を示す構成図、第４図は第３図の熱回路を
示す図である。図中、１は水晶片、２は水晶振動
子パツケージ、３は発振回路、４はヒーター用電
源、５はニクロム線、６は水晶振動子ピン、７は
コンデンサ、８，９は熱抵抗、１０は熱源である
。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を
付して示してある。

- 水晶片と、前記水晶片を封入した水晶振動子パ
ツケージと、上記水晶片に接続された水晶振動子
ピンと、前記水晶振動子ピンに接続されたヒータ
ーと、前記ヒーターを加熱するヒーター用電源と
、前記ヒーターに接続されたコンデンサと、前記
コンデンサに接続された発振回路とを備えたこと
を特徴とする恒温槽制御型水晶発振器。
