Claims (1)
てクランプダイスを変位させ、加工すべき金属管
を抑え付けるクランプ機構と、このクランプ機構
によつて固定された金属管の先端部に加工ダイス
を押し付ける油圧シリンダとを有する金属管端部
用加工機に於いて、上記油圧シリンダによつて変
位する加工ダイスの側方に、この加工ダイスの移
動方向と平行に設けられたガイドロツドと、この
ガイドロツドに沿つた移動と、このガイドロツド
を中心とする揺動とを自在として、このガイドロ
ツドに支持され、揺動に伴なつてその先端部を、
上記金属管の先端が衝合自在な部分に位置させる
位置決め腕と、この位置決め腕の先端部への上記
金属管の衝合に伴なつて断接されるスイツチと、
このスイツチからの信号に基づいて上記クランプ
機構と油圧シリンダとを動作させる制御器と、金
属管の先端部への加工ダイスの移動に伴なつて上
記位置決め腕を、ガイドロツドを中心として揺動
させるカム板とを有し、上記制御器は、金属管の
先端が位置決め腕の先端部に衝合した場合に、ク
ランプ機構により金属管を抑え付けると共に、油
圧シリンダにより加工ダイスを金属管の先端部に
向けて押し付ける様に機能する事を特徴とする金
