たチエンジレバーと、これら操作ペダルおよびチ
エンジレバー間を連係させるチエンジリンクロツ
ドとを備え、上記操作ペダルの揺動を上記チエン
ジリンクロツドを介して上記チエンジレバーに伝
達し、該チエンジレバーを揺動させることによつ
て上記トランスミツシヨンのギア選択を変更させ
るようにしたトランスミツシヨンの変速操作装置
において、上記チエンジリンクロツドは、互いに
重合し、かつ軸方向へ相対的に移動可能な複数の
部分を有し、さらにこれら重合する部分を互いに
押圧する押圧手段により連結してなることを特徴
