Claims (1)
- 溶融樹脂シート又はフイルム押出成形用ダイの
ダイリツプ幅方向に複数個設けられ、スタツドボ
ルトの熱膨張及び熱収縮を利用してリツプ間隙を
調整する熱変位式リツプ調整装置に於て、前記各
スタツドボルトに外嵌され、直接スタツトボルト
を加熱する円筒状のヒータと、該ヒータとの間に
微小間隙をまたダイ本体との間に空隙をそれぞれ
もたせてヒータとダイ本体間に介装される断熱材
と、前記ヒータの外気側に配され、同ヒータとの
間に前記微小間隙に連通する微小間隙をもたせて
ダイ本体に固設される冷却ジヤケツトとからなり
、同ジヤケツトには前記各ヒータの外周に形成さ
れる個々の微小間隙に通じる冷却空気通路が設け
られていることを特徴とする押出成形用ダイリツ
プ調整装置。
