Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転体の回転軸（Ｚ軸）に対して直交する２軸
    の回りの回転角と基準の角度との差の各々に所定
    の操作を施して前記２軸回りの各々のトルクを算
    出する第１及び第２のトルク算出手段と、前記２
    軸の回りの回転角と基準の角度との差の各々に所
    定の操作を施して前記２軸回りの各々のトルク誤
    差をクロスフイードバツクにより修正する第１及
    び第２のトルク修正手段と、前記第１のトルク算
    出手段の出力と第２のトルク修正手段の出力との
    差及び、第２のトルク算出手段と第１のトルク修
    正手段の出力との差を入力し、磁気軸受の電磁石
    を介して前記２軸の回りに回転を与えるため、回
    転角を算出するロータ運動算出手段とを有する磁
    気軸受の制御回路であつて、 回転体の回転方向を検出する回転方向検出手段
    と、 前記検出した回転方向に対応した符号を前記第
    １及び第２のトルク修正手段の出力に与える符号
    切換手段を備えたことを特徴とする磁気軸受の制
    御回路。
