    形をなす吸気ダクトの取付構造であつて、 当該吸気ダクトにおける前記透孔に挿入される
    部分の外周に、前記透孔の開口縁部に係合する環
    状弾性部材が密接嵌合し、 前記板部材に沿つて延在する部分の開口端近傍
    部に、前記板部材に当接する弾性部材が装着され
    、 前記弾性部材の装着部分と前記透孔との中間部
    に、当該吸気ダクトを前記板部材に固定すべく締
    結部材が設けられることを特徴とする吸気ダクト
    の取付構造。
