考案の構成
上記目的を達成するために本考案の氷削り兼氷
粉砕機は、本体内部に、前傾した円筒形貯氷室
と、この貯氷室内に位置する回転羽根を回転させ
る電動機を設け、かつ前記円筒形貯氷室は前側壁
部に切削刃と、内部に出し入れされる粉砕刃と、
氷削り、氷粉砕時の両方の氷塊排出を兼ねる氷塊
排出口を設けたもので、この構成によれば、粉砕
刃の出し入れを操作することにより、一つの貯氷
室で、氷の切削と粉砕を行なうことができ、また
氷塊排出口が氷削り、氷粉砕時の両方の氷塊排出
を兼ねているため、構成的にも氷削りと氷粉砕の
両方の排出口を設けたものに比べ、簡略化された
ものとなり、したがつて、コスト的にも安価に得
られるとともに、使い勝手の点でも非常に良好と

ついて説明する。第1図〜第6図において、1は
氷削り兼氷粉砕機本体(以下本体と称す)で、こ
の本体1の内部上方には円筒形貯氷室2を設け、
かつこの貯氷室2の内底部外周には、溝2aを有
し、この溝2aの最も低い所には水抜き穴2bを
有している。そしてこの水抜き穴2bにはホース
3が接続され、前記貯氷室2で発生した水を水受
皿4に導いている。また貯氷室2の内部には、貯
氷室2の中心に軸支され、かつ複数個の穴5aを
有する回転羽根5を有し、この回転羽根5は、貯
氷室2の氷を側壁に押しつける役目をなす。また
貯氷室2の前側壁部には、第3図〜第6図に示す
ように、切削刃6と、粉砕刃7および氷塊排出口
8が設けられ、かつ切換レバー9を操作すること
により、粉砕刃7が、貯氷室2の内部へ入つたり
出たりする構造になつている。またそれと同時に
排出口蓋10が前後することにより、氷塊排出口
8の大きさが変化する。切削刃6は、調整つまみ
11を操作することにより、その出代が調整で
き、氷の切削あらさを変えることができる。また
前記本体1の内方下部には、電動機12が設置さ
れ、かつこの電動機軸12aの先端には、遊星歯
車で構成される減速機13が接続されており、こ
の減速機13により電動機12の回転が減速さ
れ、回転軸14を通じて回転羽根5に伝達されて
いる。さらに本体1の上部には、スイツチ15、
安全スイツチ16を有しており、本体蓋17が開
いた状態では、安全スイツチ16をOFFにして、

部への出し入れに応じて前記氷塊排出口の開口面
積を変化させる排出口蓋を設けたもので、前記粉
砕刃の出し入れを操作することにより、一つの貯
氷室で、氷の切削と粉砕を行なうことができ、ま
た氷を削る場合、切削刃の前側の排出口が大きい
と、切削刃に当つた氷が動いてうまく切削できな
いため、排出口は小さい方がよい。逆に氷を粉砕
する場合は、粉砕氷が削り氷に比べて大きいた
め、排出口は大きくする必要があるが、本考案に
おいては、粉砕刃の貯氷室内部への出し入れに応
じて氷塊排出口の開口面積を変化させる排出口蓋
を設けているため、切削刃で氷を削る場合には、
氷塊排出口に排出口蓋が臨んで氷塊排出口を小さ
くすることができ、一方、粉砕刃で氷を粉砕する
場合には、氷塊排出口より排出口蓋が外れて氷塊
