第１図はこの考案の内燃機関の暖機装置の基本
的構成を示す基本構成図、第２図はこの考案を具
体化した一実施例における暖機装置の電気的構成
を示すブロツク図、第３図はアイドルアツプ機構
の構成を示す図、第４図はリターダソレノイドの
通電解除とＶＳＶソレノイドの通電解除のタイミ
ングのずれを説明するタイムチヤートである。 図中、Ｍ１は内燃機関、Ｍ２は排気管路、Ｍ３
は排気絞り弁機構、Ｍ４はアイドルアツプ機構、
Ｍ５は作動解除手段、Ｍ６は検知手段、１はリタ
ーダソレノイド、４２は排気絞り弁、４４はダイ
ヤフラムアクチユエータ、４５はリンク（１，４
２，４４，４５等は排気絞り弁機構を構成してい
る）、４１は排気管路、３は作動解除手段として
の駆動回路、２はＶＳＶソレノイド、４は燃料噴
射ポンプ、５はＶＳＶ、６はロツド、７はダイヤ
フラムアクチユエータ、８はスロツトル、９は作
動プレート、１０はボルト（２，４〜１０はアイ
ドルアツプ機構を構成している）、３８は検知手
段としてのリミツトスイツチである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内燃機関の排気管路途中に設けた排気絞り弁機
    構と、 前記内燃機関への供給燃料を増量してアイドル
    アツプを図るアイドルアツプ機構と、 前記排気絞り弁機構の作動を解除させると共に
    、前記アイドルアツプ機構の作動を解除させる作
    動解除手段と を備え、前記内燃機関の暖機中に前記排気絞り弁
    機構を作動させると共に前記アイドルアツプ機構
    を作動させてアイドルアツプを行う内燃機関の暖
    機装置において、 前記内燃機関の暖機を解除して通常のアイドリ
    ングへ戻すために前記作動解除手段を駆動させた
    時に、前記排気絞り弁機構の作動解除の完了を検
    知し、その検知に基いて前記アイドルアツプ機構
    の作動解除を開始させる検知手段を設けたことを
    特徴とする内燃機関の暖機装置。
