(Prior art) In the past, useful bottom-dwelling fish and shellfish, such as abalone, sea urchin, and turban shell, whose resources are on the decline, have been actively cultivated on a full scale. However, due to full-scale poaching, especially by skiuba diving equipped with underwater breathing apparatus such as the Aqua Lung, the useful fish and shellfish mentioned above have been uprooted. This is causing a serious hindrance to the recovery and expansion of fish and shellfish resources.

As a result, along the coasts of the country, fishermen whose main source of income is the above-mentioned useful fish and shellfishes are not only unable to carry out planned operations, but also have to carry out aquaculture operations that have taken a large amount of investment and time. This can even lead to blisters.

As a countermeasure, measures are taken to prevent intrusion by poachers and overfishing by constantly patrolling the fish on the anniversary day and night, and deploying searchlights, monitoring vessels, and even radar.

However, although these surveillance systems from land and sea can be expected to be effective during the day and at night on clear skies, they can become targets for poaching under weather conditions where rain, snow, or sea fog occurs, especially at night. Since the fish and shellfish that are caught are creatures that live on the bottom of the water, it is important to confirm the presence of poachers who dive for long periods of time equipped with aqualungs and turn on underwater lights to overfish the fish and shellfish they get. On the other hand, it is difficult because the underwater light is directed downward, and therefore, there is a problem in that it is virtually impossible to prevent poaching.

For this reason, attempts have recently been made to minimize the damage by setting fishing nets above the bottom of the water to prevent poachers from entering through skiuba diving. Because fishing nets are flexible, they have the disadvantage that they can become entangled with poachers' bodies or equipment such as aqualungs, restricting the poachers' movement while diving, and eventually causing them to drown.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention aims to prevent poaching from land and sea at all times on the day and night of the anniversary by sinking anti-poaching devices with barbed wires in the sea, lakes, etc. monitoring system and protecting useful fish and shellfish that are being cultured from overfishing by poachers by skiuba diving, without causing the death of poachers while diving, and to restore the resources of these useful fish and shellfish. This is an attempt to increase the number of people.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to form barbed wires of any length made of hard materials such as wire and plastics with a specific gravity greater than 1 into a predetermined shape. This anti-poaching device is installed at an appropriate density on a pedestal made of a material with relatively high specific gravity such as a concrete block, and the barbed wire on the pedestal installed on the water bottom can cause obstruction and minor injuries. By doing so, the aim is to prevent the intrusion of poachers and to rationally prevent overfishing of the useful fish and shellfish mentioned above.

(Function) As mentioned above, the present invention is a device in which barbed wires are planted on a pedestal made of a material with relatively high specific gravity, such as a concrete block, near the bottom of the water where useful fish and shellfish during aquaculture live. Poachers who are equipped with aqualungs and enter while diving and attempt to capture useful fish and shellfish that live on the water bottom and are being cultivated, use the barbed wire of the invented device that lands on the water bottom and is planted. If the barbed wire comes in contact with the person's body or is injured, the skin may be slightly injured. To prevent further contact with the barbed wire, cut the barbed wire in advance with pliers, etc., and remove the useful seafood. Even if you try to capture fish and shellfish, these cut barbed wires have a specific gravity of more than 1, so they are deposited on the bottom of the water, and therefore pose a hindrance to the capture of useful fish and shellfish that live on the bottom. In addition to this, the time it takes to cut and remove such barbed wires wastes air in the Aqualung.
In addition, this has the potential to make it easier for poaching sites to be discovered, and for this reason, from now on, when the poaching prevention device according to the present invention has been installed, caution should be taken to prevent intrusion near the bottom of the water when useful fish and shellfish are being cultivated. This will result in a decrease in

(Embodiment) Figures 1 and 2 each show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a barbed wire, 2 is a barbed wire, and 3 is a pedestal. The barbed wires 2 are wound around the barbed wire 1 at predetermined intervals, and both ends 2a and 2b thereof protrude outward at an arbitrary length in an acute angle shape, and the barbed wires 1 and 2 are , are each made of a hard material such as wire or plastic with a specific gravity greater than 1. However, the anti-poaching device A used in the present invention consists of a barbed wire 1 held upright as shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Figure 2, one end of the ring is directly embedded in a pedestal 3 made of a concrete block or other material that is relatively easy to manufacture, inexpensive, has a large specific gravity, and has a weight effect, or is attached to an anchor bolt or the like. Therefore, it is formed by being connected and fixed.

The anti-poaching device A of the present invention having the above configuration can be inserted into any desired quantity and density from a ship in a predetermined sea area.As shown in FIG. The barbed wire 1 that has landed on the top 4 and is planted on the bottomed pedestal 3 is to be planted upright or in a ring state, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, respectively.

Therefore, poachers who intrude while diving while equipped with aqualungs in an attempt to catch useful fish and shellfish 5 such as abalone, sea urchins, and turban shells that live on the water bottom 4 cannot use the poaching method of the present invention, which is planted on the water bottom 4. Prevention device A
The barbed wire 1 becomes an obstacle, and when the barbed wire 2 wrapped around the barbed wire 1 and having acute angles at both ends 2a and 2b comes into contact with the poacher's body, they may pierce the poacher's skin and cause minor injuries or injuries. If a wetsuit is worn, the wetsuit will be damaged and will clearly show signs of poaching.

Incidentally, even if the barbed wire 1 is cut with pliers or the like in an attempt to remove the anti-poaching device A of the present invention, which is an obstacle to poaching, the barbed wire 1 and the barbed wire 2 are made of wire, plastic, etc. Since it is made of a material that is hard and has a specific gravity greater than 1, the cut barbed wire 1 is deposited on the water bottom 4 and has the same effect, and the cut barbed wire 1 is deposited on the water bottom 4 or on the water surface. Even if you try to discard it upward, you will end up injuring your palm with the barbs 2 and it will take a lot of time.

As explained above, the device A for preventing poaching of useful fish and shellfish of the present invention has an extremely simple structure as shown in the figure, and is capable of being placed on the seabed 4 in a predetermined sea area in any quantity and at any density from a ship. By using this method, it is possible to easily create effective obstacles to prevent poaching, and therefore, it is possible to easily create obstacles that are effective in preventing poaching.
This has the effect of rationally recovering and increasing the resources of useful fish and shellfish 5 such as turban shells.
