光素子搭載用リード端子の外部に入出力するリー
ド部よりも幅広に形成された載置部に搭載され受
光素子結線用リード端子の外部に入出力するリー
ド部よりも幅広に形成された結線部に内部結線さ
れる受光素子を前記熱硬化性樹脂により一次モー
ルドされて成る受光側透光樹脂体と、該発光側透
光樹脂体および受光側透光樹脂体を所定間隔で対
向並置し透光樹脂体の光路窓部を除いて遮光性の
熱可塑性樹脂により一体的に二次モールドされて
成る遮光樹脂体とから構成され、前記遮光樹脂体
は半田等の溶融温度よりも高い熱変形温度を有す
る熱可塑性樹脂から形成され、前記載置部および
結線部が発光側透光樹脂体および受光側透光樹脂
体と遮光樹脂体とに位置されたことを特徴とする
光結合装置。
