おいて、前記ヘツドベースを、同一位置に細孔が
形成された複数のヘツドベース板を前記細孔が連
続するよう積層して形成し、前記ヘツドベースの
上面に導体基板を具えたプリント基板を設け、前
記複数のヘツドベース板の各細孔を挿通したリー
ド線で前記コイルと前記導体基板とを接続したこ
