させ、筒状体Aの上端側に、膨大根部21を内嵌
させる保持筒22を備えさせ、保持筒22の下端
に受止部4を備えさせ、第4図イに示すように柱
状体Bを起立させた状態と、第4図ロのように柱
状体Bを倒立させて格納した状態とに切換えられ
るようにしていたが、いずれの状態においても柱
状体Bは単純に引上げるだけで抜けるため、通行
制限が守られなかつたり、柱状体Bが粉失しやす
い問題があつた。また、柱状体Bの抜き差しを容
易化するためには、膨大根部21と保持筒22の
嵌合精度を余り高くできず、起立時の柱状体Bが
