(Prior art) Filters made entirely of tetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, etc. are used as filters to treat chemical liquids and gases used in the production of various pharmaceuticals and electronic equipment parts, as well as pure water used in the food industry. Desk-type desks are widely used, which are made of synthetic resin with excellent chemical and heat resistance, and are made by laminating the required number of elements with porous thin films on both the top and bottom sides of a thick circular desk. The desk itself is thick and difficult to deform, it is limited by the inner diameter of the container, and the storage efficiency for a container of a certain volume is poor and the processing capacity is not very good. I proposed a filter earlier. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 60-22904) That is, a button-shaped spacer 1 is formed by a boss part 1a and a horizontal part 1b provided with a plurality of horizontal holes 1c communicating with the boss part 1a, while a porous annular thin film 2a is formed.
A net-like separating material 2b is attached to both sides of the spacer 1 for reinforcement and to prevent the thin films from coming into contact with each other to form material 2. Attach each element airtightly and seal their peripheral edges to make one element, insert the required number of elements into the center pipe 3 through the spacer 1, weld the spacers 1 together to integrate them, and attach them to the center pipe 2. The upper end is connected to the outlet pipe 5a of the cover 5, and each element is folded into a parabolic shape as shown in FIG.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) By the way, in the above filter, each element is not rigid like a desk type filter, but is flexible, and the diameter can be made considerably larger than the inner diameter of the container, which increases the oversurface area. On the other hand, each element is integrated with a spacer part welded to it, so even if the spacer part is bent or expands and contracts due to temperature changes, it can be easily handled. The problem is that the joints of the materials may break when the element is placed in a container or when the filter itself is subjected to thermal effects.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to sufficiently absorb the deformation even if the spacer portion of the element is bent or expanded or contracted, so that the sealing portion of the material is not damaged.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Based on the above-mentioned purpose, this invention is made of synthetic resin and has a boss part and a horizontal part with a plurality of horizontal passages, and in the horizontal part, the upper and lower A spacer is formed by dividing the spacer into two parts, and the center part of a material made of a porous annular thin film with a separator added to the surface is attached to the upper surface of the upper horizontal part and the lower surface of the lower horizontal part of the spacer in a liquid-tight manner. It is characterized in that the outer peripheral edge of each material is sealed to form an element, a required number of the elements are inserted and stacked through a center pipe with one end closed, and the boss portions of each element are connected to each other.

(Function) If bending force is applied to the spacer when the over-stacked element is curved and stored in a container, the upper and lower halves of the spacer move relative to each other to absorb the bending force. Even if the element expands or contracts due to thermal effects, the change is absorbed by the relative movement of the upper and lower parts of the spacer.

(Example) Figures 1 to 3 show examples of this invention, and numeral 11 in Figure 1 is a spacer, which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, etc., which has chemical resistance and heat resistance. The boss part 11a that projects upward and downward at the center and the horizontal part 11b that spreads laterally form a button shape, and the horizontal part 11b has a horizontal passage 11 that leads to a plurality of boss parts 11a in the circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, on the upper surface of the upper horizontal portion 11b and the lower surface of the lower horizontal portion 11b, a net-shaped porous annular thin film 12a made of the above-mentioned material has a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the storage container. The center portions of the materials 12 with the separators 12b attached thereto are each airtightly attached by welding, and the outer peripheral edges of the materials 12 are also welded and sealed together to form one element.

A required number of such elements are inserted through a spacer 11 into a center pipe 13, which has horizontal small holes 13a in multiple stages corresponding to the horizontal passages 11c of each element and is closed at the lower end, as shown in FIG. 3, and are stacked. The elements are welded and connected to the upper and lower boss portions 11a of the other elements.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, in this invention, elements that are flexible and are not limited by the inner diameter of the container are inserted into the center pipe through the required number of spacers, stacked, the spacers are joined together, and each element is curved. As over-elements for precision filters are stored in containers, the spacer for each element is divided into an upper half and a lower half, so the spacer may be bent when the element is stored, or the filter itself may be damaged. Even if the material undergoes thermal changes, the deformation and elongation can be appropriately absorbed, and the joints of the materials will not be damaged.
