するメタルケース内に、その内底面に前記セラミ
ツク基板の他方の主面が当接するようにして入れ
、そのヒータ素子の上に絶縁性クツシヨンを介し
てメタル製のケース蓋を被せ、前記メタルケース
の突出部を折り曲げて前記ケース蓋を固定してな
ることを特徴とする厚膜ヒータ。 (2) メタルケースが取付用フランジを有するこ
