Claims (1)
ー用碍子へ電気発熱抵抗線をコイル巻きするもの
に於いて、該碍子の形状は円柱状にして軸方向に
対して第1〜第7の貫通孔を蓮根孔状に配列し第
7の貫通孔をその配列中心に設け更に該碍子上面
には外周面上角から第7貫通孔へ通る折り返し溝
を設け且つ底面には第1貫通孔から外周面下角へ
通る折り返し溝と第7貫通孔から第2貫通孔へ通
る折り返し溝とを設け該碍子を形成して、該碍子
の外周面に疎コイル巻きする電気発熱抵抗線は前
記した上面の第1貫通孔を経て外周面下角の折り
返し溝を経て外周面を下から上へ該コイル巻きし
経て外周面上角の折り返し溝を経て第7貫通孔を
経て底面の第7貫通孔の折り返し溝を経て第2貫
通孔を経て上面へ引き出して該コイル巻き線の巻
き始めと巻き終わりの各端末を上方向にのみ形成
し三相交流一相当ての発熱素子を形成して、該発
熱素子を三段重ね設け各段の両端末は前段の各貫
通孔へ独立して各端末を貫通させて三相交流を通
