- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 装置本体に埋込まれていて食用油を収容する油
槽と、油槽を加熱する加熱装置と、油槽から発生
する排ガスの脱臭を行う脱臭器とを備えた揚物装
置において、 油槽の上部開口から脱臭器を経て油槽の外周に
至り油槽の外周から油槽の上部開口に合流してな
る通気閉路を設け、 排ガスを脱臭器から油槽の外周に向けて循環さ
せる送風フアンを前記通気閉路に設けた、 ことを特徴とする揚物装置。
