Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 装置本体に埋込まれていて食用油を収容する油
槽と、油槽を加熱する加熱装置と、一端がヒンジ
によつて装置本体に連結され油槽の上部の開口を
閉鎖する開閉蓋とを備えた揚物装置の露滴受け構
造において、 前記開閉蓋は、蓋の面が少なくともその何れか
の端を低位にして傾斜してなり、周囲が下方に折
り曲げられて箱状をなし該折り曲げによる下端の
内側の周囲に該折り曲げから延長されてなる凹状
の導水ガイドを形成し、 前記導水ガイドは開閉蓋の前記一端側に開口し
た開口部を有し、 前記開口部に対応させて装置本体の上面に該上
面を凹ませてなる露溜めを設けた、 ことを特徴とする揚物装置の露滴受け構造。
