After checking, each main relay is energized to supply battery power to each starter, and starter parallel operation is configured so that even if the main relay welds, the supply of battery power to the starters is cut off. This invention relates to a synchronous switch device for use in a computer.

DC power from the battery 5 is applied to the C1 terminal of the switch 2-1 , and current flows to the engage switch 2-1 via the starter 1-1. The actuation of the engagement switch 2-1 causes auxiliary torque to act on the starter 1-1, thereby meshing the pinion of the starter 1-1 with a ring gear (not shown) of the engine. When this pinion is properly engaged, the C1 terminal and S1 terminal of the engage switch 2-1 are connected, and the other engage switch 2-2 connected in series with the engage switch 2-1 is connected.

た。(Problem to be solved by the invention) In such a conventional circuit configuration, the engagement switches 2-1 and 2-2, which are provided in pairs for a plurality of starters 1-1 and 1-2, are connected in series. When the starters are connected and the pinions of all starters are properly engaged, main relays 3-1 and 3-2 provided corresponding to each starter 1-1 and 1-2 are energized. Therefore, if the contacts of the main relay, for example, the main relay 3-1, were welded together, the starter 1-1 would continue to rotate. Also, Fig. 4 shows the case of parallel operation with two starters, but if there are more starters, it will take time for all the engagement switches to operate and energize each main relay. There was a disadvantage that the engagement switch that operated during the engine took a long time to operate, and in some cases, the starter pinion could not be fully engaged within the specified time and there was a risk that the engine could not be started. .

説明する。(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, the synchronous switch device for starter parallel operation of the present invention connects a plurality of starters to which battery power is supplied via correspondingly provided main relays, and these starters. A key switch for starting the starters all at once; and a key switch for generating auxiliary torque by turning on the key switch, and for energizing the main relay when the pinions of the starter are properly engaged. In a synchronous switch device for starter parallel operation in which multiple starters drive the engine, each engagement switch is activated when the pinions of each of the starters are properly engaged. Based on the terminal voltage appearing at The structure is such that each of the above main relays is energized at the same time, and when the pinions of all the starters operated in parallel are properly engaged, the contacts of each of the above main relays and each of the above engagement relays are connected. The invention is characterized in that the battery power source is connected to each of the starters via the contacts of the switch. This will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

い。 When the key switch 4 is turned on, the transistor 15 is turned on, the relay 10 is energized, and the terminal SW of the synchronous switch device 7 passes through the terminal SW of the safety relay 9 and the terminal C to the C terminal of the engage switch 2. DC power is supplied to the battery 5. As a result, when the pinion of starter 1 is properly engaged as explained in Fig. 1, the engagement occurs.
The S terminal and M terminal of switch 2 are connected. That is, the power supply voltage of the battery 5 appears at the S terminal, and the power supply voltage of the battery 5 is transmitted to the terminal S1 of the synchronous switch device 7. When the pinions of the starters 1 to be operated in parallel are properly engaged in this way, the power supply voltage of the battery 5 is input to all terminals S 1 to S 4 of the synchronous switch device 7. Therefore, the outputs of the comparators 22 to 25 constituting the AND circuit 6 all become "H" level, and the transistor 1
4 turns on, the relay 11 is energized, and power from the battery 5 is supplied to the terminal M. This energizes the main relays 3-1 to 3-4, and the synchronous switch device 7 is activated as shown in FIG.
A circuit is configured to supply DC power from the battery 5 to the starter 1 through the terminal S 1 of the engage switch 2 and the S and M terminals of the engage switch 2. As is clear from this explanation, when the pinions of the starters 1 to be operated in parallel do not mesh properly, the output of the AND circuit 6 does not go to the "H" level, so the transistor 14 does not turn on, and therefore the main

Since the power supply voltage of the battery 5 is input to the terminals C 1 to C 4 of the synchronous circuit 8, the outputs of the inverters 29 to 32 and the output of the inverter 28 are all at "L" level, and the capacitor 21 is connected to the resistor 33.

The level is sent to the delay protection circuit 12 and causes the delay protection circuit 12 to operate. In other words, the delay protection circuit 12 receives the "H" level of the AND circuit 6.
turns on transistor 18 and charges capacitor 20 via transistor 18 and resistor 34. After a predetermined time T 2 determined by the time constants of the capacitor 20 and the resistor 34, for example 30 seconds, the delay protection circuit 12 outputs an "H" level to the base of the transistor 16. This turns off both transistors 16 and 15, and relay 1
Deactivates 0. In other words, even if the key switch 4 is turned on for a long time, if a predetermined time T2 elapses after the main relays 3-1 to 3-4 are energized, the delay protection circuit 12 will discharge the battery 5 to the starter 1.
The power supply to the starter 1 is automatically turned off, and the starter 1 is protected.

After that, we designed a configuration that energized all the main switches at the same time.
The engine is always driven by all starters, and there is no difference in the operating time of the engagement switch, making it easier to start the engine in a short time. Even if the main relay were to weld, the starter would not continue to turn.

チ装置。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A plurality of starters to which battery power is supplied via correspondingly provided main relays, a key switch for starting these starters all at once, and It is equipped with an engagement switch for the starter, which generates auxiliary torque when the key switch is turned on, and energizes the main relay when the starter pinion is properly engaged. In a synchronous switch device for parallel operation of starters in which the starter drives the engine, a pair of switches is applied to each starter based on the terminal voltage that appears at each engagement switch when the pinions of each of the starters are properly engaged. An AND circuit is provided to confirm the completion of proper engagement of the pinions of all starters by the operation of the above-mentioned engagement switch provided, and the configuration is such that the output of the AND circuit simultaneously energizes each of the above-mentioned main relays. With the pinions of all the starters operated in parallel being properly engaged, the above-mentioned signals are applied to each of the above-mentioned starters via the contacts of the above-mentioned respective main relays and the above-mentioned respective engagement switch contacts. A synchronous switch device for starter parallel operation, characterized in that a battery power source is connected.
