    に、フラツシング液を軸封部に導くための注入孔
    を設けたメカニカルシールユニツトにおいて、 前記注入孔に、フラツシング液中の不純物を除
    去する濾過手段を設けたことを特徴とするメカニ
    カルシールユニツト。
