孔1aと、その底部に連設された漏斗状のテーパ
面1bとを有し、一方、分配弁2側には、そのボ
デイの流入側端部に刻設された雄ネジ2aと、そ
の流入ポート内に一部が外部に突出するように嵌
合された例えば整流用のブツシユ3とが設けられ
ており、その雄ネジ2aを雌ネジ1a内に螺合す
るに伴つて上記ブツシユ3の端部を上記テーパ面
1bに当接させてその金属シールにて液漏れを防
止するようにしている。しかしながら、上記雌ネ
ジ孔1aは、ダイカスト成形時に形成された下穴
にタツプにて後加工したものからなるため、往々
にしてその穴加工時に上記テーパ面1bに対して
偏心や傾きを生じ、これが液漏れの原因となる。

主配油器側に設けられる吐出ポート1について
は、従来と同様、例えばダイカスト成形時に予め
下穴を形成し、しかるのちその下穴にタツプにて
雌ネジ孔1aを後加工したものでよい。また、分
配弁2も従来と同様、そのボデイの流入側端部に
上記雌ネジ孔1aに螺合する雄ネジ2aを形成す
るとともに、その流入ポート内に例えば整流用の
ブツシユ3をその一部が外部に突出するように嵌
合したものからなるが、この考案においては、ブ
ツシユ3の端部には、上記テーパ面1bに当接す
る当り代4を残すようにして上記テーパ面1bに
対して液密的に接触する環状の封止ゴム5が例え
ば焼き付けにより一体的に取付けられている。す
なわち、封止ゴム5は当り代4よりも小径に形成
された突出端3aのまわりに取付けられており、
これにより、雄ネジ2aを雌ネジ孔1aに螺合し
てこの分配弁2を上記吐出ポート1に取り付ける
際、上記当り代4と封止ゴム5とが好ましくは同
時に吐出ポート1のテーパ面1bに接触すること
