【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は外箱の内面に真空断熱パネルを取り付
け、該外箱と内箱との間に発泡断熱材を注入発泡

従来の断熱箱体に於いては、第1図に示す如く

外箱1に内箱4を組み込んだ後、第2図に示す如
く外箱1と内箱4との間に発泡断熱材5を注入発
泡していたが、此の種のものでは真空断熱パネル
2の平面部に直接両面テープ3を貼つていたた
め、発泡断熱材5の発泡圧力によつて真空断熱パ
ネル2が外箱1側に押圧されたとしても、第2図
に示す如く真空断熱パネル2と外箱1との間に空
隙6が生じ、この結果外箱1がベコツイたり、断
熱性能が低下したりするという欠点が有つた。

面に当接せしめたものであるから、従来のように
外箱と真空断熱パネルとの間に空隙を生じること
がなく外箱のベコツキや断熱性能の低下を防止す
ることができるという顕著な効果を奏し得るもの

プの外方の面を以つて真空断熱パネルを外箱内面
に取着し、発泡断熱材の発泡圧によつて上記真空
断熱パネルの片面を外箱内面に当接せしめた事を
