Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency band characteristic up to a high frequency by using a dummy output so as to apply feedforward to a constant current source in a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The amplifier is provided with a couple of differential transistors(TRs) Q1, Q2 connecting to a TR Q3 of a constant current source, two sets of output circuits comprising TR Q4, D1-D3 and TR Q6, D4-D6 extracting outputs of the differential TRs Q1, Q2 respectively and a feedforward circuit comprising C1, R2 using one as a dummy output and supplying its output signal to the TR Q3 of the constant current source from the dummy output and an output signal OUT is extracted from the other output circuit. Thus, one output differential amplifier extending the frequency characteristic up to a high frequency band is obtained.
