As described in Publication No. 51-45936, in the case of in-line color cathode ray tubes, due to tolerances of each component during manufacturing, or because each electron beam is in the correct position with respect to the tube. Depending on the type of vertical and horizontal deflection fields used, different misconvergence results. For this reason, in the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-4815, a pair of E-shaped cores are arranged opposite to each other in the color cathode ray tube neck, and each leg of both cores is wound with a required correction coil. A correction current for horizontal or vertical synchronization is applied to correct misconvergence.
However, when a pair of E-shaped cores are used in this manner, there is a drawback that the convergence device becomes large in size, and the manufacturing process is complicated and expensive due to the large number of parts.

所期の目的は達成される。 In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the segment 12 is formed into a substantially L-shaped rectangular rod-like body, and one leg portion 12a of the segment 12 is formed along the surface of the ring-shaped bobbin body 18. The legs 12b are arranged radially from the center at angular intervals of about 30° from each other, and the other leg portions 12b protrude from the inner diameter of the bobbin body 18 in the axial direction at angular intervals of about 30°. It forms a protrusion. Of course, this is merely an example, and the intended purpose of the present invention is achieved by simply forming a plurality of protrusions that protrude from the inner diameter portion of the ring-shaped bobbin body 18 at approximately equal intervals in the axial direction. achieved.

A substantially L-shaped wiring processing portion/terminal board fixing portion 21 1 to 21 12 having a recess 19 for wiring processing and a protrusion 20 for fixing the terminal board is integrally formed at the tip of the terminal board. These wiring processing parts and terminal board fixing parts 21 1 ~
One of the wiring processing parts 21 12 , for example 21 1 , has a different shape from the other wiring processing parts/terminal board fixing parts 21 2 to 21 12 . That is, as clearly shown in FIG. 5A, the terminal board fixing protrusion 20 of this wiring processing part/terminal board fixing part 21 1 is connected to the protrusion 20 ( (see Fig. 5B), the width in the radial direction is wider than that of the bobbin 13.
It also serves as a positioning means when attaching the terminal board 15 to the terminal board 15. As shown in FIG. 6, the circular central opening 22 of the terminal board 15 has 12 holes at positions corresponding to the protrusions 20 of the terminal board fixing parts 21 1 to 21 12 .
recesses 23 1 to 23 12 are formed, of which the recess 23 1 corresponding to the wide protrusion 20 of the terminal board fixing portion 21 1 is formed deeper than the other recesses 23 2 to 23 12 . Of course, these recesses 23 1 to 23
12 is formed in a size and shape that allows the protrusion 20 to fit therein. Therefore, the wide protrusion 20, which also serves to position the terminal board fixing part 211 , fits only into the deep recess 231 of the terminal board 15, so the position of the bobbin 13 with respect to the terminal board 15 can be easily determined. . Of course, this positioning may be performed using other engagement means. In addition, in the illustrated example, as is clear from FIG. 3, the one leg portion 12a of the segment 12 along the radial direction on the bobbin surface and the wiring processing portion/terminal board fixing portion 21 1 to 21 at the tip thereof.
12 as a whole is formed in a slightly tapered shape with the width becoming slightly wider as it goes outward in the radial direction, but this is just an example and is not limited to this shape. In addition, a printed circuit is formed on the back side of the terminal board 15, so the terminal board 15 also has the function of a printed circuit board, and is therefore called a terminal board. It is equivalent to the one with 16 attached.

The ring-shaped coil 14 for dynamic convergence is wound by winding two sets of pole coils with the poles shifted by about 30 degrees from each other, and then two sets of the four-pole coils are wound with the poles shifted by about 45 degrees from each other. and then the protrusions 2 of the terminal plate fixing parts 21 1 to 21 12 of the bobbin 13.
0 into the recesses 23 1 to 23 12 of the terminal plate 15,
The ring-shaped coil 14 is connected to the center opening 2 of the terminal plate 15.
The ring-shaped coil 14 is fixed to the terminal plate 15 by, for example, heat-sealing the tip of each protrusion 20 protruding in the axial direction from the rear of the terminal plate 15 to the terminal plate 15, and the ring-shaped coil 14 is fixed to the terminal plate 15 and positioned. do. in this case,
The protrusion 20 is formed longer than the thickness of the terminal plate 15. Of course, the bobbin 13 can be removed by means other than the above.
may be fixed to the terminal plate 15 and positioned.

8, and the inner diameter of the core can be made smaller by the thickness of the bobbin compared to the conventional case where a bobbin is also present on the inner diameter surface of the core. Therefore, since the core is closer to the cathode ray tube, there is a great advantage that sensitivity is increased. It also has the advantage of being cheaper because it saves on materials. Note that since the other leg portion 12b of the segment 12 of the bobbin 13 is in contact with the inner diameter surface of the core in the axial direction, it functions as a separator for the coil, and therefore does not interfere with the winding operation of the coil at all. do not have.
