Claims (1)
- ジルコニアヒーターの運転開始装置であつて、
ジルコニアからなる導電発熱体素子の近傍にシリ
コンカーバイドを含むセラミツクスを設置すると
ともに、該セラミツクスに直接照射しうる位置に
マグネトロンを配置し、該セラミツクスをマグネ
トロンで加熱し、その放射熱でジルコニアを加熱
昇温し、ジルコニアに電気を流して運転開始する
ようにしたジルコニアヒーターの運転開始装置。
