めのフランジ2を有するものがある。この取付け
フランジ付き筒状体は、従来のブロー成形方法に
ては、フランジも含めて一度に成形することは出
来ず、したがつて従来は筒状体のみをブロー成形
方法にて形成し、別途形成した取付けフランジを
接着剤により接着する等の接合手段にて取付ける
のが一般的であつた。このように筒状体に取付け
フランジを接合するための工程が必要である欠点
を有していた。

ー成形方法を提供することにある。

その一部が金型本体11,12より出ていると共
に斜め方向(第1図,第2図において斜め右方
向)にずれて位置している。又金型が閉じている
時には第3図に示すように移動部分金型13,1
4は夫々金型本体11,12内に挿入されてい
る。この第3図に示す型締めされた状態において
は金型本体11の凹部11aと移動部分金型13
の凹部13a又金型本体12の凹部12aと移動
部分金型14の凹部14aとの位置が一致し、こ
れら凹部にて筒状体を形成する部分を構成するよ
うになつている。尚15,16は、金型本体を取
付ける板、17,18,19,20は型の開閉の
際に移動部分金型13,14を斜め方向へ移動さ
せるためのピンである。

13,14は金型本体11,12内に入り込むと
同時に左方向へ移動する。この場合実際上は両金
型本体11,12が互に接近するので移動部分金
型13,14は左方向へのみ移動することにな
る。このように移動部分金型13,14がパリソ
ン10の左端を挟んだ状態のまま左方向に移動し
て行くためにパリソンの一部が外方へつまみ出さ
れる。このようにして金型の型締めが完了すると
第3図に示すような状態になる。つまり一部が挟
まれてつまみ出された状態にてパリソン10が金
型本体11,12の凹部11a,12aおよび移
動部分金型13,14の凹部13a,14aにて
形成される空間内に保持される。しかも移動部分
金型13の凹部13b内にはつかみ出されたパリ
ソンの一部が位置している。

再び取付けフランジ付きエアーダクトを成形する

工程にて簡単に成形し得るものである。
