ーブルを製造するための製造装置であつて、前記
スロツトロツドを軸芯回りに回転させつつ軸芯方
向に移送する移送装置と、所定の位置にて前記ス
ロツトロツドの外周に遊嵌する撚口ダイスと、前
記スロツトロツドの軸芯回りに回動自在に支持さ
れて前記撚口ダイスを支持するダイスホルダと、
このダイスホルダあるいは前記撚口ダイスに固定
されて前記テープ型光フアイバが配置されないス
ロツトのうち少なくとも１条のスロツトに先端部
が嵌入するスロツト検出ピンと、複数のガイドピ
ンを有しかつ前記ダイスホルダに固定されて前記
撚口ダイスからスロツトロツド移送方向上流側に
所定距離離れた位置にて前記各テープ型光フアイ
バを前記スロツトロツドの軸芯方向にほぼ沿うよ
うに案内するガイド体と、前記ダイスホルダに固
定されて前記撚口ダイスのスロツトロツド移送方
向上流側端面の近傍位置にて前記スロツトのうち
前記テープ型光フアイバが配置されるスロツトに
先端部が嵌入する薄板状のテープ型光フアイバ横
