  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光源と、略水平な該光源より発する照明光
    軸と、該照明光軸を略垂直方向に偏向する鏡とを
    持つた実体顕微鏡の照明装置において、前記鏡と
    前記光源との間に少なくとも一面を散光面とした
    正レンズを配置したことを特徴とする照明装置。 (2) 前記正レンズの散光面は前記光源に向いた
    一面であることを特徴とする第(1)項に記載の照
    明装置。 (3) 前記正レンズは樹脂製フレネルレンズであ
    ることを特徴とする第(1)項に記載の照明装置。
