Claims (1)
- 円筒型チヤンバー内の回転テーブルにウエーハ
を載置し、回転テーブルを回転させ、その遠心力
により水分を取り去る遠心乾燥機において、チヤ
ンバー内に給水口を設けるとともに、排水ダクト
下部の排水口近傍に透過型光電センサを設けたこ
とを特徴とする遠心乾燥機。
