- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁基板に導体を載置し、圧電振動板を軟
質電性接着剤により支持具に固着する圧電振動子
の支持構造において、該支持具の該圧電振動板を
載置する表面に少なくとも４本以上の溝を設けた
ことを特徴とする圧電振動子の支持構造。 (2) 絶縁基板に導体を載置し、圧電振動板を軟
質導電性接着剤により支持具に固着する圧電振動
子の支持構造において、該支持具の該圧電振動板
を載置する表面に０．３mm以下の幅寸法を有する
市松模様の溝を設けたことを特徴とする圧電振動
子の支持構造。
