２図は従来回路を示す構成図である。 図において、１は電圧比較型コンパレータ、２
は逐次比較レジスタ、３は基準電圧発生回路、４
はＤ／Ａ変換回路、５はタイミング回路、６はス
イツチ回路、７はラツチ回路、８は加算回路であ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を
示す。

は逐次比較レジスタ、３は基準電圧発生回路、４
はＤ／Ａ変換回路、５はタイミング回路、６はス
イツチ回路、７はラツチ回路、８は加算回路であ

Claims (1)
- 外部より与えられる被計測信号とＡ／Ｄ変換回
路出力電圧を電圧比較する電圧比較型コンパレー
タと、上記電圧比較型コンパレータの比較結果を
入力するとともにタイミング回路によつて動作速
度を制御される逐次比較レジスタと、上記逐次比
較レジスタの出力値をアナログ電圧に変換するＤ
／Ａ変換回路と、上記Ｄ／Ａ変換回路に基準電圧
を供給する基準電圧発生回路とから構成されるＡ
／Ｄ変換装置において、上記電圧比較型コンパレ
ータの入力信号である上記Ｄ／Ａ変換回路の出力
電圧と上記基準電圧発生回路の出力電圧とを加算
する加算回路と、上記電圧比較型コンパレータの
比較結果をラツチするラツチ回路と、上記ラツチ
回路の結果により、上記基準電圧発生回路出力電
圧を上記加算回路へ供給するか否か制御するスイ
ツチ回路とを備えたＡ／Ｄ変換装置。
