Conventionally, in the trunk part of a communication cable, a large number of cables 1, which are made up of hundreds to thousands of thin core wires, are connected at predetermined intervals from the wall of an underground tunnel called a tunnel 2, as shown in Figure 5. The cable is placed on a protruding arm-like rack 3, and the cable is tied with a tie string 6 to a arm 5 whose tip is covered with a protective cap 4, as shown in FIG.

For this reason, if a fire breaks out inside the tunnel, the cable sheathing layer will burn and the internal core wire will break, causing major disruption to the communication line.

However, the method of winding the tape is difficult because the width of the fire-resistant tape is usually 50 to 75 mm, the cables are placed in close contact with each other on the rack, and the distance between the top and bottom of the rack is extremely low. The length of the road was several hundred kilometers, so it was almost impossible to wrap it with tape.

Applying multiple coats not only takes a long time to dry, but also requires a large amount of man-hours, and even if the paint film is as thick as it is, it is possible to avoid the effects of a fire that hits the cable directly, but it is important to avoid the effects of high heat transmitted through the paint film. I couldn't do it.

The fireproof cover of the present invention is capable of moving a long object in the circumferential direction every two spans of the rack, which is placed on a rack with arms protruding horizontally from columnar objects installed at desired intervals. The enclosing fireproof cover is made of a pine-like material in which a fireproof ventilation barrier layer is provided on at least one side of a noncombustible heat insulating material layer, and the entire outer periphery is covered with a fireproof cloth-like material. The rack has a width sufficient to circumferentially surround the long object, and two racks with a length slightly longer than one span length and one rack with a length less than one span length are arranged in series in sequence. A rectangular shape in which parts slightly longer than one span length are overlapped at the end edges, and the overlapped parts are relatively overlapped, excluding the part where the rack arm passes through in the width direction and the part that straddles the rack columnar part. The fireproof cover is sewn together, and is characterized in that a desired number of coupling devices that engage with each other are fixed to opposing side edges in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof cover.

I can do it.

It is to increase it.

The desired thickness of this heat-resistant heat insulating layer can be selected depending on the purpose, but in places where the distance between the top and bottom of the rack is particularly narrow, it may be omitted and only the fire-resistant cloth and the ventilation blocking layer are used.

This is for ease of handling, so if the span interval is narrower or wider than this, it is better to adjust the number of pieces as appropriate.

ある。 In addition, the structure of one leaf per span in this way allows only the side edges to be sewn, so it can be easily sewn using a sewing machine with a shallow seam, and the inside part is easily torn. This is to avoid making unnecessary needle holes in the aluminum foil and to minimize the number of suture lines.

Examples of the present invention will be explained below in more detail with reference to the drawings.
Add aluminum foil to a glass cloth impregnated with acrylic resin (JIS R3414 EP-18) measuring 840m/m and fold it in half to form a non-combustible insulation layer.Density: 0.18/cm 3Thickness : 28m/m 800mm Two pieces of fireproof cover base fabric 7 and 7' were prepared by sandwiching a 800 mm x 800 mm ceramic wool blanket and sewing the side ends where the glass cloth was not connected in a U-shape.
In addition to this, 800mm x 200mm is used for the overlap part.
A fireproof cover base fabric 7″ of mm was produced in the same manner.
