Claims (1)
- 研磨加工に用いるシート状の発泡ウレタンパツ
トと、一方の面に再剥離性の粘着剤を塗布してこ
れを離型紙により被覆したシート状の塩化ビニー
ルフイルムの他方の面とを、ポリウレタン系一液
型接着剤を用いて接着して構成したことを特徴と
する積層研磨シート。
