リムタブを突設したトリムタブ基板の外側面に、
上記歯車状凹部の少なくとも一つの凹部に係合可
能な凸部を形成し、上記トリムタブ基板を、その
トリムタブ基板に形成された凸部が前記歯車状凹
部に係合する位置と非係合位置とを取り得るよう
に前記開口内に軸線方向移動可能に嵌合させ、上
記トリムタブ基板をスプリングによつて前記凸部
が凹部に係合する位置に付勢せしめたことを特徴
