弁躯体と、前記上部弁躯体と下部弁躯体の互いに
合体した拡径開放部内に、回転自在に嵌合され、
その回転角度によつて前記上下の弁躯体の排水流
路を開閉する開閉弁と、前記下部弁躯体に設けた
軸受に水平に支承された前記開閉弁の回転軸と、
この回転軸の後端に着脱自在な連結具を介して連
結されたモーターの回転駆動軸とからなることを
