This is a welding jig for a wire mesh welding machine that welds horizontal wires one after another and pulls them out.It is a vertical wire restraint device that passes each vertical wire just before entering between the upper and lower electrodes, making it possible to move straight but not move laterally. When the horizontal wire that has been welded between the upper and lower electrodes comes out forward by one pitch, it advances from the waiting position and touches the front surface of the horizontal wire between each vertical wire, and the horizontal wire continues until the next welding is completed. It is characterized by comprising a horizontal wire restraint device that suppresses forward movement of the entire length.

The former prevents the lateral bulge of each weld by disabling the lateral movement of each vertical wire, and the latter prevents the forward movement of each weld by suppressing the forward movement of the entire length of the horizontal wire. Stop the bulge.

Each welded part can freely bulge out to the rear, but since there is no horizontal wire attached to the back, it has nothing to do with the pitch size.

Therefore, irregularities in the mutual spacing of the vertical wires 1, that is, in the pitch of the vertical wires, which have conventionally been caused by relatively easy expansion in the horizontal direction, can be prevented.

In this embodiment, the restraint 4 is lowered from an upper standby position to a position on a wire mesh guide 6 by a lifting mechanism 5 such as a fluid pressure cylinder attached to both ends thereof, and is fixed so as not to move by fluid pressure etc. .

A large number of rectangular restraint blocks 4a and 4b protrude from the lower surface of this restraint device 4, and each of them abuts the front surface of the horizontal wire 2' between the vertical wires 1 and 1, and restricts its forward movement. The block 4a is in contact with the horizontal wire 2' which has just been welded, and the block 4a
b is in contact with the horizontal wire 2' that was previously welded.

がより確実になる。 In order to suppress the forward bulge of the welded part, it is sufficient to prevent the movement of the vertical wire 1 facing forward.
It is only necessary to securely hold down only one horizontal wire 2' that is fixed to the horizontal wire 2'. However, it is more reliable to hold down two horizontal wire rods 2' as in this embodiment than to hold down one horizontal wire 2' which is still hot immediately after welding.

までもない。 Although this invention has been described above with reference to one embodiment, the restraining devices 3 and 4 for the vertical wire rod and the horizontal wire rod can be varied and applied in various shapes and dimensions according to the implementation conditions within the scope of the gist of this invention. Needless to say.

整を防止し得た。 The wire crossing part is pressurized and compressed from above and below, and the wire mesh welded part, which tends to bulge in all directions other than up and down, is prevented from bulging at least to the left and right and forward. The means to do this is not to fix the area near the weld with a clamp, which is common sense, but to use a restraint that prevents the vertical wire near the weld from moving horizontally, and to simply move the horizontal wire that comes out after welding forward. It is a restraint that prevents you from doing so. This idea is an extremely simple jig compared to a clamp mechanism, leaves no clamp marks on the product, and prevents dimensional irregularities in wire mesh products caused by multi-point welding.
