Claims (1)
当であり且つ該有底穴の深さが予め定められた一
定寸法以上あるか否かを一度に検査する穴位置・
深さ検査装置であつて、 エア供給源からのエアを内部へ供給するエア供
給口および該エア供給口から内部へ供給されたエ
アを排出するエア排出口を有し、予め位置決めさ
れた状態で用意された前記被検査部材に対して前
記有底穴の軸心に略沿つて接近離隔可能に設けら
れた可動部材と、 該可動部材の内部に設けられ、前記被検査部材
側へ常時付勢されることにより常には閉位置に位
置させられて前記エア供給口と前記エア排出口と
の連通を阻止するが、該被検査部材側と反対方向
へ駆動されるに伴つて該エア供給口と該エア排出
口とを連通させて該エア供給口へ供給されたエア
を該エア排出口から排出させる弁子と、 前記可動部材を前記被検査部材と接近離隔する
方向において駆動し、接近方向への駆動時には該
可動部材を該被検査部材に当接させる駆動装置と
、 前記弁子に一体的に設けられ、該弁子の前記閉
位置では前記可動部材の前記被検査部材との当接
面から前記一定寸法突き出し、前記駆動装置によ
り該可動部材と共に該被検査部材側へ駆動されて
前記有底穴内へ挿入される際に該被検査部材の有
底穴の周縁部または底部に突き当てられたときに
は該弁子を該可動部材の移動方向と反対方向へ相
対的に駆動して前記エア供給口へ供給されたエア
を前記エア排出口から排出させる検知棒と、 前記エア供給口へ供給されたエアが前記エア排
出口から排出されたか否かを検出するエア排出検
出手段と を含み、前記可動部材が前記被検査部材側へ駆動
されたときに前記エア排出検出手段により前記エ
ア排出口からのエアの排出が検出されたか否かに
