本考案は、射出成形機に取付けて使用可能、且
つ、合成樹脂原料の貯留並びに乾燥を兼ねる所の
合成樹脂原料用乾燥機に斯り、此の種業界に於て
は、専ら、“ホツパードライヤー”の呼称が有る。
其の特長とする所は、乾燥効果甚大にして然み省
エネ効果抜群且つ、メンテナンスイージー、……
等其の実用的効果は極めて広範に亘るものであ
る。
更に特長・効果を詳記すれば次の通りである。
即ち、本案ホツパー兼用ドライヤーは外気を遮断
し且つ熱気を函体内にて強制循環せしめる方式即
ち、熱気循環式輻射加熱型を採用した為、……
乾燥時間が在来此の種製品に比し1/3〜1/5短
縮。
項に因り、仕込量が少量となり、為に、装
置全体のコンパクト化可能。
熱効率が極めて高いので、電力消費量が下表
の如く、1/5〜1/10と大幅に減少。(省エネ効果
抜群)。

本考案は叙上せる如き数多くの実用的効果を具
備するものであるが、次にその構造に関し図面の
一実施例に基づき説明する。
下方部に漏斗状ホツパーHを形成せる断熱性函
体Bの空間中央部に、錐体状カバーC〔これは熱
効率アツプの為、パンチングプレート等を用い
る〕にて被覆せる電熱源Eを装架せしめると共
に、該、錐体状カバーC上端部E〓を、前記せる断
熱性函体B上部の蓋体Dに設置せるブロワーFの
排気口Gに連結せしめる一方、前記、錐体状カバ
ーC内部Iより吹出される高温状熱気を、函体内
空間部S,S,……を強制循環しつつ(第4図〓
印参照)、ブロワーFの吸気口Lに吸引される様
構成したから、上部貯留槽Mから一定量ずつ、落
下供給される合成樹脂原料は、高温雰囲気状態に
在る、断熱性函体B内の空間部S,S,……に於
て輻射に因る乾燥作用と更に錐体状カバーC内部
Iより吹出され且つ函体内空間部S,S,……を
強制循環する高温状熱気とが相俟つて、熱効率、
換言すれば乾燥効率を著しく高めると云う、所
謂、相乗効果を奏するに至るものである。
以上、詳述せる如く本考案に斯るホツパー兼用
ドライヤーは、構造至簡・価格低廉であり乍ら、
小型高速乾燥タイプにして、熱効率抜群、消費電
力僅少然も、熱源を槽内中心に設置し、以つて
360゜全周囲の原料樹脂に対し三次元放射状加熱す
る故をもつて、乾燥ムラゼロ、メンテナンスイー
ジ、……等、其の実用的効果は測り知れないもの
