て磁気テープ再生信号の極性を反転させる信号反
転手段と、 この信号反転手段による磁気テープ再生反転信
号を検知する反転検知手段と、 この反転検知手段による検知結果に基づき磁気
テープ再生信号のスタートビツトを検知するスタ
ートビツト検知手段と、 上記反転検知手段による磁気テープ再生反転信
号の検知状態において上記スタートビツト検知手
段により磁気テープ再生信号のスタートビツトが
検知された際に該磁気テープ再生信号をデータと
