Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、コンクリート床にフローリングを敷
設するさい、コンクリート床とフローリングの間
に介在させて、フローリングに発生した軽量床衝
撃音を遮断消滅せしめ、コンクリート床を伝播し
て階下の部屋の室内騒音になるのを防止する目的
に使用される遮音シートに関するものである。
(従来の技術) 従来、コンクリート床に敷設されたフローリン
グから発生する軽量床衝撃音がコンクリート床を
伝播して階下の部屋の室内騒音になるのを防止す
るため、コンクリート床とフローリングとの間に
各種の吸音シートなどを敷設している。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 上記のコンクリート床とフローリングの間に敷
設された吸音シートなどでは、軽量床衝撃音に対
して余り効果がなく、居間として望ましい日本工
業規格で規定されている遮音等級L−55を達成す
ることは困難である。
(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明は、このような従来の問題点に着目して
なされたものであつて、軽量床衝撃音の吸音シー
トによる遮音機構を研究して、遮音に適したシー
トの材質及び構造を造ることにより上記問題点を
解決することを目的としている。
本発明は、ゴムまたはこれに類似の必要な特性
を備えた合成樹脂の何れかに適当な発泡材を混練
して、適当な厚さに造られたシートを所要網目の
金網に載置して所要温度で保持するか、または所
要温度で金型に射出して形造された弾力性を有す
る発泡体で、一面に非連続的な多数の突出部と該
突出部夫々の他面側に独立した窪部を形成された
シート本体に、金属、無機物、合成樹脂の何れか
からなる約0.1〜2mm径の球状に近い小粒状物の
多数を、該窪部に充填したのち不織布などを張設
して保持せしめたことを特徴とする遮音シートで
ある。
(作用) 遮音シートは、そのシート本体が弾力性と多数
の小気泡を有する発泡体で形成されているので音
波に対する優れた吸収性能を保有しており、その
うえ非連続的な多数の突出部の独立した窪部に充
填された小粒状物が、音波により振動して音波の
エネルギーを運動のエネルギーに転換し終局的に
熱に変換するため、フローリングに発生した軽量
床衝撃音を完全に遮断消滅させて、コンクリート
床への伝播を確実に阻止する。
(実施例) 本発明をその第1実施例を示す第1図〜第5図
に基づき以下詳述する。1は天然ゴムに適当な発
泡材を混練して適宜な厚さのシートを造つたの
ち、所要の網目の金網に載置して所要の温度に保
持した炉内を通過させて造られた平均に発泡2し
ているシート本体で、一面に非連続的な多数の突
出部3が突設されると共に、該突出部3夫々の他
面側に独立した窪部4を形成されている。
5は各窪部4…に0.5〜2.0mmの径を有する略球
形に近い鉄製の小粒状物6を充填したのち、表面
に適宜な厚さの不織布7を張設した遮音シートで
ある。
この遮音シート5は、フローリング8の裏面に
予め不織布7を介して接着しておき、コンクリー
ト床9面に遮音シート5を接触させてフローリン
グ8を従来どおり敷設して使用される。
この場合、遮音シート5は、そのシート本体1
が弾力性を有する発泡体で形成されているので音
波に対する吸収性能を保有しており、そのうえ非
連続的な多数の突出部3の独立した窪部4に充填
された小粒状物6が、音波により振動して音波の
エネルギーを運動エネルギー転換し終局的に熱に
変換するので、フローリング8に発生した軽量床
衝撃音を完全に遮断消滅させて、コンクリート床
9への伝播を確実に阻止して、遮音等級L−50も
容易に達成できる。また公的機関による試験結果
からこのことは立証されている。
本発明の第2実施例を示す第6図〜第8図につ
いて以下詳述する。10は合成ゴムのブチルゴム
に適当な発泡材を添加して、所要の温度で金型に
射出成形して造られた、平均に発泡2しているシ
ート本体で、第1実施例のシート本体1と同様に
一面に非連続的な多数の突出部11と、該突出部
11の夫々の他面側に独立した窪部12とを形成
されている。
13は各窪部12…に2mm近くの径を有する略
球形に近い合成樹脂製の小粒状物14を充填した
のち、表面に適当な厚さの不織布7を張設した遮
音シートである。
この遮音シート13は第1実施例の遮音シート
と同様にして使用されている。
この場合、遮音シート13は、各窪部12を断
面で三角形状に形成して、使用する小粒状物14
の充填をし易くすると共に、使用量を少なくして
全体の重量を減少できるようにした以外の作用効
果は、第1実施例と同様である。
上記の第1及び第2実施例において、シート本
体1或は10は、天然ゴム或は合成ゴムの弾力性
の有する発泡体で形成したが、これら両者の材料
の代わりに両者に類似の必要な特性を有する合成
樹脂を使用しても良い。又窪部3或は12に充填
された小粒状物6或は14は、鉄或は合成樹脂で
造られたものを使用したが、鉄の代わりにステン
レススチールなどの他の金属或いは硝子、セラミ
ツクスなどの無機物などを使用しても良い。又小
粒状物6或は14は、0.5〜2mmの径を有する略
球形に近いものを使用したが、径は使用する材料
の比重によつて異なり、比重の大きなものは径を
小さく比重の小さなものはその反対で、概略0.1
〜2mmのものであれば良い。又遮音シート1,1
0に対して、コンクリート床9にフローリング8
を敷設する場合について述べたが、部屋を仕切る
壁などに使用して防音壁などを形成することは容
易に推察できる。
(発明の効果) 本発明は上記の構成を有するので次の効果を奏
する。
(1) 従来困難視されていた軽量床衝撃音の遮音等
級L−50を容易に達成できる、極めて優れた遮
音機能を有している。
(2) 構造が簡単で製造が容易なうえ、特殊な材料
を使用していないので、需要家に比較的安価で
提供できる。
(3) 遮音機能が優れ、そのうえ比較的安価で提供
できるため、販売増大による企業利益の増進に
寄与することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 ゴムまたはこれに類似の必要な特性を備えた
    合成樹脂の何れかに適当な発泡材を混練して、適
    当な厚さに造られたシートを所要網目の金網に載
    置して所要温度で保持するか、または所要温度で
    金型に射出して形造された弾力性を有する発泡体
    で、一面に非連続的な多数の突出部と、該突出部
    夫々の他面側に独立した窪部を形成されたシート
    本体に、金属、無機物、合成樹脂の何れかからな
    る約0.1〜2mm径の球形に近い小粒状物の多数を、
    該窪部に充填したのち不織布などを張設して保持
    せしめたことを特徴とする遮音シート。 2 天然ゴムからなる弾力性を有する発泡体で形
    成されたシート本体を用いたことを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第1項記載の遮音シート。
