Claims (1)
- サイドヨークに接着加工されたマグネツトと所
定の空隙を保つように配置されたセンターヨーク
をサイドヨークの内側両端に接合させてなる磁気
回路により構成されたリニアモータにおいて、セ
ンターヨークと同芯に配し、センターヨークに沿
つて移動する可動子の巻枠を構成するコイルを保
持する４隅に所定の太さの棒状の部材を配して巻
枠となし、ワイヤを巻装して構成されていること
を特徴とするリニアモータ。
