Conventionally, in order to install a cable tray, a large number of cable tray receiving members are horizontally protruded from the wall of a building at appropriate intervals, and the cable trays are sequentially placed between the receiving members. This was done by connecting the ends of each cable tray in series. Since such cable trays are installed in multiple stages in the vertical direction, it is necessary to rearrange the height of the scaffolding each time the installation work is performed. This required a lot of time and effort. Also, there was a lot of work at heights, which was dangerous.

consists of angle pieces slightly spaced parallel to each other,
A large number of rollers 1 are disposed in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction between them, and the upper surface of the rollers 1 is configured to slightly protrude from the upper edge of the angle member.
A lift end fitting portion 3 made of channel-shaped steel is welded and fixed to one end of the device main body 2.
The inner surface of the lift end fitting part 3 is configured so that it can be detachably fitted to the upper end of the lift 8. Next, the upper end of the upright member 4 is welded and fixed to the other end of the device main body 2. A tray fitting portion 5 is welded and fixed to the lower end of this rising member 4. The tray fitting portion 5 is formed in a U-shape in its cross section, with one parallel portion being shorter in length than the other. The tray fitting portion 5 is fitted so as to hold the outer periphery of the side material of the cable tray 7. Furthermore, the above-mentioned upright member 4 is tilted slightly downward and forward, and by being installed in the state shown in FIGS.
It is constructed so that it almost coincides with the top surface of.

む。 This cable tray installation device is used after at least the lowest cable tray is installed. The inventor filed a separate application on the same date regarding the method for installing the lowest cable tray. Therefore, first, two lifts 8 that are vertically extendable and extendable in the form of a ladder are prepared, and they are placed apart from each other along the cable laying path. Then, the height of the upper end of the lift 8 is positioned approximately equal to the height of the cable tray receiving member 6 to be installed. Next, the tray fitting part 5 of this installation device is fitted into the lower cable tray 7 as shown in FIG. Then, the lift fitting portion 3 provided at the rear end of the device main body 2 is fitted onto the upper end of the lift 8. Next, both ends of the assembled cable tray 13 are placed on the lifting platform 9 of each lift 8, 8 and horizontally suspended. Next, the motor 1 of each lift 8,8
3a to wind up the wire 12 and lift the cable tray 13 to the upper end of the lift 8. Next, the cable tray 13 is moved horizontally and moved in the width direction on the rollers 1 of the apparatus main body. Then, it is pushed into the cable tray receiving member 6 as it is.

It may be configured as follows. Thereby, the cable trays 13 lifted from the same location can be sequentially moved in the longitudinal direction, and a large number of cable trays can be arranged in series on the same plane. Next, a guide roller (not shown) is removed, and the cable tray 13 is fastened and fixed to the receiving member 6. Note that this fixing work is performed on the existing cable tray 7.
This can be done from a scaffold 14 that is removably attached to.
