DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a decorative coloring method that involves adding arbitrary patterns to the surface of a coating film formed on a resin or a specific base material, and its purpose is to add value to the material. In order to obtain a product with a high appearance and an excellent appearance, we mask-print an arbitrary pattern on the resin and coating surface, dye the non-masked surface with a water-soluble disperse dye, heat dry it, and then remove the masking. The gist is the configuration to be removed.

In recent years, in addition to improving the physical properties of materials, there has been an active movement to improve the visual sense, including coloring and patterning, in order to further increase the product value. Painting, printing (screen printing, offset printing, tanbo printing, etc.), dyeing, transfer, hot stamping, etc. have been adopted as methods of printing, but they have extremely poor adhesion and abrasion resistance, and may cause uneven surfaces. There are drawbacks.

The present invention aims to provide a new method for solving the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks as a decorative means for resin and coating surfaces, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a new method for overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional methods. The pattern is masked and printed, and the areas other than the masked print are dyed with water-soluble dispersion dyeing.
After this is heated and dried at a predetermined temperature, the masking is removed. In the heat-drying process mentioned above, the dye is adsorbed into the resin and the inside of the paint film, resulting in a decorative coloring with excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance. Moreover, by removing the masking area, a product with no residual unevenness on the surface can be obtained. That's what you get.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. An arbitrary pattern 2 is formed on a resin or coating film 1 by screen printing.
After masking printing and drying at a temperature of 120°C for 15 to 30 minutes, dyeing with a water-soluble disperse dye at a temperature of 80° to 85°C.
Dip for about 3 minutes under conditions of pH 7, and after dyeing, dry at a temperature of 100° to 150°C for about 15 minutes. During this dyeing and drying process, the dye is adsorbed into the structure of the resin or coating. After this drying, the masking is removed and an overcoat is applied with synthetic resin paint to further improve the physical properties.
