Scaffolding temporarily erected at construction and civil engineering sites has traditionally used thin logs and fixed-length pipes as members, but recently scaffolds of fixed dimensions and sizes have been used to facilitate the installation and removal of temporary works. We are trying to streamline on-site construction by using system scaffolding that has been processed into a shape.

Since the installation spacing of the members is set independently of the dimensions of the sheets, the sheets covering this scaffolding are made by overlapping the eyelets of the two sheets at one point at the ends of the mutually adjacent sheets, and then using wires. Methods such as tying them up were used.

The eyelets of the two sheets do not overlap. What's more, the joints of the sheets are now aligned with the scaffolding pipes.

For this reason, conventional attachments cannot be used, so wires, ropes, etc. are used to connect them, but these are time-consuming and difficult to secure to scaffolding members.
The problem was that the sheet could shift or come off due to strong winds.

The present invention has a structure of a fitting for attaching a sheet covering architectural scaffolding to the scaffolding pipe at the junction of two sheets, which has an approximately arcuate shape and an eyelet provided on each of the two sheets. Two legs are formed whose inner sides are curved against the outer surface of the scaffolding pipe, and jaws are formed at the inner bases of the two legs, and a jaw is formed near the tips of the two legs. The present invention is characterized in that two holes are respectively inserted through which wires are inserted, which are wound around the scaffolding pipe and tightly fastens the fixture to the scaffolding pipe.

The two legs of the fixture are inserted through two opposing eyelets of the two sheets, with a portion of each leg holding the inner edge of the eyelet. Insert wires into the two holes provided near the tips of the legs of the fixture and tighten them to the scaffolding pipe.

シートのずり落ちの可能性が非常に少なくなる。 As a result, the eyelets of the two sheets are held at a constant interval by the legs of the fixture, so the seat mounting pitch remains constant and does not change even in strong winds. The legs of the fixture are made of a flexible plastic material so that they can be bent towards the scaffolding pipe and stably supported on the outer surface of the pipe. If the wire is covered with plastic, the frictional force of contact between the wire and the scaffolding pipe will be further increased, and the possibility of the sheet slipping down will be greatly reduced.

Therefore, the jaw 1D and the tip 1C of the leg 1A are strongly abutted against the outer surface of the scaffolding pipe 4. After the wire 5 sufficiently draws the fixture 1 to the scaffolding pipe 4, it is twisted and tightened.

According to the present invention, the installation of the scaffolding pipe and the sheet is easy because the sheets are held together by simply inserting the fixture into the eyelet, and there is no need to wrap the fixture itself around the scaffolding pipe to fix it.
The installed appearance of the sheet is good, and construction can be carried out with little risk of loosening even in strong winds. Furthermore, since the seat eyelets are not held in place by thin wires like conventional wires, there is an effect that the eyelets are less likely to be damaged.
