Traditionally, when repairing the ridge of a folded roof on the water side, it was generally done using a ridge board of an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction, and in some cases the ridge board was attached to be expandable. However, due to thermal expansion and contraction of the folded roof, the ridge cover plate suffers metal fatigue and cracks appear in the middle of the roof, resulting in breakage and rainwater infiltration. It is requested that it be resolved.

たものである。[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the inventors have developed the present invention, which is a top piece of a metal fitting main body having an approximately gate-shaped cross section, consisting of a top piece and both side pieces. A long hole facing the longitudinal direction is bored in the approximate center of the center piece, and a sliding piece having upper and lower blades formed on both sides of the central piece is inserted and locked into the long hole, so that the upper blade is connected to the long hole. The lower blades are positioned above the periphery of the upper surface piece on both sides of the elongated hole, and the lower blades are positioned below the periphery of the upper surface piece on both sides of the elongated hole, so that the sliding pieces can appropriately slide in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole,
By using a sliding metal fitting with a side door fixed to each end in the longitudinal direction of the metal fitting main body, it can be manufactured with a relatively simple structure and at low cost. By attaching a ridge cover plate, etc. to this, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of thermal distortion due to thermal expansion and contraction of the folded roof, and to improve the rain protection at the ridge part, etc., solving the above-mentioned drawbacks, etc., and achieving the purpose. It is something.

ものとする。 The folded roof B is configured such that the peak portions 5b and the valley portions 5a are continuous, as shown in FIG.
This architectural board 5 has peaks 5b and 5 on both sides of the valley 5a.
b is integrally formed, and is made of a metal plate having an appropriate length or an elongated length in the longitudinal direction. If the bottom of the valley portion 5a is wide, an intermediate mountain portion is formed to bulge as necessary. The folded roof B
In this case, the mountain part 5b on one side of the construction board 5 is connected to the roof bracket 6.
The peaks 5b of the adjacent building board 5 are superimposed on the peaks 5b of the building board 5, and the peaks 5b, 5b and the roof bracket 6 are connected using drill screws, bolts, nuts, etc. These steps are repeated to construct the folded roof B, and the peak 5b at the upper end of the folded roof B on the water side is attached to the beam 7 at the ridge.
It is placed on the upper roof bracket 6. Further, this folded roof B often has a crest 5b having a low height, or the bottom of the trough 5a is wide. Further, the top of the mountain portion 5b has a substantially flat shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, but it may also have a hat-shaped cross section (see FIG. 10) or a chevron-shaped arc cross section. Yes (see Figure 11). Furthermore, in the one shown in FIG. 9, a bulging portion 5c is provided at the top of the peak portion 5b of the building board 5, and the bulging portions 5c and 5c are fitted together, as shown in FIG. This is different from the construction in which the architectural boards 5 are simply polymerized to form a roof, but in this specification, it is included in the category of the folded roof B.

As shown in the figure, a wall portion C is provided. In addition, a stop door 9 is fixed to the water side upper end of the valley portion 5a of the architectural board 5 of the folded roof B (see FIGS. 1 to 3), or the rising portion is bent. To form the rising portion, the paper is folded in a yachio pattern and bent.

c and 3c are located below the periphery of the upper surface piece 1a on both sides of the elongated hole 2 so that the sliding pieces 3 can appropriately slide in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole 2, and the metal fitting main body 1
By using the slide bracket A with the side doors 4, 4 fixed in both ends in the longitudinal direction, firstly, the structure is relatively simple and inexpensive, and secondly, after installation, the ridge portion 5b is watertight. As a result, rain protection can be extremely improved. Thirdly, by attaching the present invention to the ridge cover plate 10 or the wall joint cutout material 11, it is possible to prevent thermal distortion occurring in the ridge portion, etc.

The door 4 is fixed and can be manufactured at low cost. Also, attach the slide fitting A to the mountain part 5 of the folded roof B near the water side.
b, and when the ridge cover board 10 and the wall joint cutout material 11 are attached to this, the construction board 5 constituting the folded roof B will thermally expand and contract as appropriate in the longitudinal direction according to the outside temperature. Even if the ridge part or wall joint part of the folded roof B expands or contracts, the ridge cover plate 10 or the wall joint water cutout 11 will not move through the sliding piece 3 of the slide fitting A. It has a configuration that is attached to the roof, and the sliding pieces 3, 3 slide appropriately on the mountain parts 5b, 5b in the longitudinal direction, and the ridge cover board 10, the wall joint water cutout material 11, and the folded plate shape No thermal stress is generated in the building boards 5 constituting the roof B, and the occurrence of thermal strain can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, since the folded roof B is generally relatively high in height and has a large section modulus, it is subject to large thermal stress due to thermal expansion and contraction, and sheet crackling tends to occur frequently. The phenomenon can be completely eliminated.
