Claims (1)
- 溶剤貯溜タンクと、このタンクに溶剤供給路を
介して連通する洗浄槽と、この溶剤供給路中に配
設された溶剤ポンプ及びフイルターとを備え、前
記フイルターの入口の圧力の上昇に応じて膨張す
るダイヤフラムを設け、前記ダイヤフラムの膨張
動作に連動して、前記供給路中に流れる溶剤の制
限度合いを緩める流量調整装置を設けたことを特
徴とするドライクリーナ。
