操作ノブと、該シヤフトを常時軸方向他端側へ付
勢するバネとを有し、 該操作ノブを該バネに抗してシヤフトの軸方向
一端側へ押圧した時にだけ該ギヤ部材のギヤが該
フリー回転体のギヤと噛合してロツク状態となる
