Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は足と中敷の組合せセツトに関するもの
で、何種類もの足囲機能を有し、あわせて足長の
差異にも調整機能のある靴であり、靴本体に何種
類もの全中敷を組合わせることにより規格寸法毎
の一対の靴本体で何種類もの足囲に適合できるよ
うにしたものである。
従来の技術 従来の靴は一足一足に足囲が固定されている。
ところが使用する足は人により同一足長でも足囲
は大いに異つている。そのため靴は各種足長に対
して近年では消費者レベルの向上と共に何種類も
の足囲のものが用意されているが、そのためには
メーカー側ではデザイン、製法、素材、足長が同
じ靴で、足囲が異る毎に靴型や型類等を別々に調
達する必要があり、デイーラー側も何倍ものスト
ツクを要する不便がある。
また従来着用している靴がゆるい場合に、平板
的な全敷を重ねて調整する方法があるが、この方
法では足高は調節できても足巾および足底面の調
節はできず、不快感と健康障害の原因をいだいた
まま着用せざるを得ない状況である。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 上述のごとく従来法では同一足長でも何種類も
の足囲のものを用意して糊塗せざるを得ず、また
平板の全中敷で足囲を調整しようとしても目的を
達成することができない現状であり、人の足が本
来的に左右異るという現実に対応し調整すること
もできない。
本発明はこれらの問題点を解決し、規格寸法毎
の一対の靴本体で数種類もの足囲に合う靴を而も
人間の左右の足が異るという現実に立脚して履用
者の健康と快適な履用感を高めることができ、こ
れに加えて製造、卸および小売店で在庫の軽減を
はかることができるようにすることを目的とする
ものである。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明の足と中敷の組合せセツトは上記の問題
点を解決するための手段として下記の構成を具え
ている。
(1) 規格寸法の足長と規格寸法より大きい足囲と
を有する一対の靴本体と、該靴本体内に着脱自
在に装着せられ、かつ足囲変更機能を有する立
体形状の数個の左右夫々厚さの幾つか異なる全
中敷とを組合せてセツトしたこと。
(2) 前記足囲変更機能を有する立体形状の全中敷
が、いずれも足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を
有し厚さを異にする適数個の全中敷からなるこ
と、 (3) 前記足囲変更機能を有する立体形状の全中敷
が、足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を有する基
礎部と、その上または下に重ねて使用される平
板状に近い形状の適数枚の補助部とからなるこ
と、 作 用 本発明によると、規格寸法毎の一対の靴本体に
対して何種類もの全中敷を交換することにより、
何種類もの足囲のものが得られ、したがつて足高
並に足巾が適当な調節をされて各種寸法および形
状の足に適合するとともに、左右異形（足長も含
む）の場合にも容易に処置することができる。し
たがつて、本発明は、あわせて足長の差異に対し
ても調整機能を有するものである。
実施例 第１図は本発明実施の第１例を示すもので、Ａ
は全中敷の斜視図を、またＢはＡにおけるＡ−Ａ
線に沿う断面図を、さらにＣ，Ｄ，Ｅは３種の全
中敷の断面図を示す。靴本体はＢに示すごとく、
甲皮２、中底３、中物４、表底５を用いて従来の
製法で作製されるが、その足長はJISの規格寸法
であるが、その足囲は規格寸法より大きく作られ
ている。全中敷はＡに示すごとく足裏の形状に適
合する表面を有する立体形状のものでプラスチツ
クの成形等により製作される。
最大足囲3Eの靴を例にとるならば、靴本体は
着用時に全中敷１を挿入した状態で3Eに適合す
る靴型を用いて従来の製法で作製される。全中敷
は3Eに適合した全中敷１（第１図ＡおよびＣに
示す）の他にＤ，Ｅに示すごとく、足裏の形状に
適合する表面形状を有し厚さの異なるもの、１′，
１″が製作されており、これを１に代えて使用す
るときは、それぞれ足囲において−６ミリ、−12
ミリとなり、足囲2E，Ｅに適合するものとなる。
このように、足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を
有し厚さの異なる３種類の全中敷を使用すること
により同一靴型で作られる一足の靴で３種類の足
囲の異なる人、または同一人でも左右の足囲また
は足長の異なる人に対して、単に足高だけでなく
足巾おび足裏面も適合する靴を提供することがで
きる。
第２図は本発明実施第２例を示すもので、Ａは
全中敷のかかと部の断面図、Ｂ，Ｃは同じく踏付
部および足長部の断面図である。この場合は３枚
の全中敷１ａ（足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を
有する基礎部）、１ｂ（平板状の補助部）、１ｃ（平
板状の補助部）を重合することにより第１実施例
と同じ効果を生じようとするもので、それぞれ下
記のように対応する。

ｃ 第３図は本発明実施第３例を示すもので、全中
敷の足長部の断面図である。この場合は３枚の全
中敷１Ａ（足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を有す
る基礎部）、１Ｂ（平板状補助部）、１Ｃ（平板状補
助部）を重合することにより第１実施例と同じ効
果を生じようとするもので、それぞれ下記のよう
に対応する。

Ｃ なお、本実施例において、補助部１Ｂまたは１
Ｃは単なる平板状でなく、例えば左右の厚みを異
にする形状とすることも可能で、それにより更に
本発明のフイツト性を向上させることができる。
発明の効果 本発明によると規格寸法毎の一対の靴の全中敷
を変えることにより所望の種類の足囲に適合でき
るので、製造、卸および小売点で在庫の軽減をは
かることができるという著しい実用的効果を生ず
るものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明実施の第１例を示すもので、Ａ
は全中敷の斜視図、ＢはＡにおいてＡ−Ａ線に沿
う断面図、Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅは３種類の全中敷の断面図
である。また第２図は本発明実施の第２例を示す
もので、Ａは全中敷のかかと部の断面図、Ｂは同
じく踏付部の断面図、Ｃは同じく足長部の断面図
である。また第３図は本発明実施の第３例を示す
足長部の断面図である。 図中の符号はそれぞれ下記部材を示す。１，
１′，１″：全中敷、２：甲皮、１ａ，１ｂ，１
ｃ：全中敷、１Ａ，１Ｂ，１Ｃ：全中敷、３：中
底、４：中物、５：表底。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 規格寸法の足長と規格寸法より大きい足囲と
    を有する一対の靴本体と、該靴本体内に着脱自在
    に装着せられ、かつ足囲変更機能を有する立体形
    状の数個の左右夫々厚さの幾つか異なる全中敷と
    を組合せてセツトとしたことを特徴とする靴と中
    敷の組合せセツト。 ２ 前記足囲変更機能を有する立体形状の全中敷
    が、いずれも足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を有
    し厚さを異にする適数個の全中敷からなることを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の靴と中
    敷の組合せセツト。 ３ 前記足囲変更機能を有する立体形状の全中敷
    が、足裏の形状に適合する表面形状を有する基礎
    部と、その上または下に重ねて使用される平板状
    に近い適数枚の補助部とからなることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の靴と中敷の組合
    せセツト。
